Steal These Ideas
Let’s face it, clients don’t always pick the most creative ideas. At that point, agencies usually file those ideas only to be rehashed again for another client. Usually, that means they never see the light of day, or show up in some twisted form of the original brilliant idea. At Elasticity, we don’t believe we should rehash ideas for our clients, and we’d like to see these creative gems live and see life beyond our own client base. In the weeks to come, we will be placing ideas for you to take. We only ask that you follow up with us to let us know how the idea or program worked for you.
To get started, here are just some guidelines to think about while we sift through the program ideas:
- Think mobile when using social media: more and more companies are limiting access to Facebook and other portals at work driving employees to access them on mobile devices. Use that insight to customize your approach so it works on mobile devices.
- The Twitter effect on customer service: monitor you customer’s problems and real-time conversations about the service you provide on Twitter and Facebook. Be prepared to fix the issues you find.
- There is no social media, there is only media using social tools.
- LinkedIn, the next generation of lead-generation tools: Think of its exponential potental as a crowd source for your business.
- Think of yourself as a broker of information for your clients.
- We are not anywhere near to the end of this game. Think third inning of an extra-inning game.
