The bottom line is PR is still essentially about building and maintaining relationships. The channels have changed and the influence has shifted. The rise of the individual &quot;influencer&quot; is interesting and a good thing for all of us in the business.

No longer do a very few large media organizations control the flow of news and information.

It&#039;s a liberating time and PR is needed more than ever. It&#039;s also taking on a more prominent role and for that we can all be thankful.</description>
