Elasticity Welcomes Louisville Marketing Veteran Tarquinio

Elasticity’s presence in Louisville continues to grow as Christine (Horn) Tarquinio has joined in the role of senior account manager, greatly enhancing the firm’s experience and client services in the region.

Tarquinio spent the better part of the past decade engineering marketing successes for a broad range or organizations including JP Morgan Chase, the University of Louisville, Republic Bank, the Louisville Convention & Visitor’s Bureau, and the Metropolitan Sewer District among others while working at agencies such as Bandy Carroll Hellige, Red7e and the Cubero Group in Louisville.

“Christine’s marketing know-how and ability to manage multiple clients and project at an extremely high level means our Louisville office now has the in-person organization and efficiency fitting for a growing firm,” said Elasticity managing partner Brian Cross. “She joins Jason Falls in leading a presence in Louisville we see continuing to grow at a fast pace. We’re thrilled to have someone with her acumen for leading client success in this role.”

Tarquinio also spent time at Indiana University Southeast as director of marketing and communications and as marketing director at Bullitt Ventures Inc., in the mid-2000s just after a stint at Doe-Anderson. The more robust and seasoned team in Louisville opens opportunity for the city’s growing brands.

“There are agencies in Louisville who do pieces of the digital puzzle well, but few in my opinion that cover the gamut of a fully integrated digital approach in a level fitting medium- to large-brands,” said Jason Falls, SVP and general manager of Elasticity’s Louisville office. “That is our unique selling proposition in Louisville. From social and content strategy to community management and execution and from SEO/SEM/online media to web development and beyond, If it’s digital, we do it rather well and are, thus, more efficient.”

The firm’s convergence approach – leveraging creative content through social media and public relations to buoy search engine results – and integrated focus on driving paid, earned and owned media to engage audiences, has supported marketing efforts for H&R Block, Capital One, USA Today, Café Valet, eHarmony and the St. Louis Regional Chamber of Commerce, among others. Elasticity’s Louisville office opened with the hiring of Falls in September of 2014. Among its roster of clients, the firm also lists Fireball Whisky, CafePress, Red e App, Farm Credit Mid-America and 55,000 Degrees as brands with Louisville headquarters or teams.

Elasticity can currently be found in Louisville at 1229 S. Shelby Street in The Park co-working facility.
