St. Louis-based digital marketing and public relations firm Elasticity this week was cited among the top quartile of America’s 5,000 fastest growing companies — #1134 overall — in being named to Inc Magazine’s “Inc 5000” rankings.
According to Inc Magazine, the Inc 5000 “represents the most comprehensive look at the country’s independent entrepreneurs.” The magazine also reports that the 2014 Inc. 5000 “is the most competitive crop in the list’s history,” with aggregate revenue is $211 billion, generating 505,000 jobs over the past three years.
“It’s hard to get excited with the challenges our home city faces right now but we’re honored to be recognized on a national level,” said Aaron Perlut, a founding partner of Elasticity (GoElastic.com). “We’ve worked very hard to build a strong agency that is helping organizations and brands approach marketing and reputation management issues progressively, and we see great potential for continued growth.”
With nearly 30 employees and offices in St. Louis, Chicago, and Louisville, Elasticity was recently named one of the fastest growing companies in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal and subsequently acquired Digital Mothership (TheDigitalMothership.com), an industry-leading provider of software engineering and digital development led by the former executive team of digital development firm Agent X.
Elasticity is an integrated communications firm focused on digital and traditional content marketing, brand building, and reputation management, working with organizations and brands including Charter Communications, CareerBuilder, H&R Block, CafePress, Amway, the National Football League, Soft Surroundings, the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank, the St. Louis Regional Chamber, the St. Louis County Economic Development Partnership, the University of Illinois, and others.
