Courtney Floresca, a longtime St. Louis-area advertising executive, has joined award-winning brand marketing and reputation management agency Elasticity, the firm announced today.

Floresca was most recently with 2e Creative and before that spent time in both account management and media planning roles with True Media and Osborn-Barr among others. She joins Elasticity as an account manager.

“We’re thrilled to add a professional of Courtney’s caliber to our team,” said Elasticity partner Brian Cross. “We first worked together 10 years ago when we started Elasticity and our offices were located inside Osborn-Barr’s in downtown St. Louis. So we’re well-aware of her character, strategic insights and the sense of joy and passion that she brings to everyone around her.”

A native of St. Louis, Floresca has some 25 years of experience and brings a keen fashion sense as well as height to Elasticity’s growing team of some 30 professionals located across St. Louis, Dallas, Denver and Los Angeles.

“This is a great fit for me on so many levels, but especially from a cultural standpoint,” said Floresca. “You want to work with people you like, and I really like these guys. I thrive working with collaborative teams and passionate people who want to do great work that aligns with client objectives, reaches audiences and drives leads. That’s what Elasticity does, but they do it with heart, humor and I cannot wait to be a part of it.”

Floresca is Elasticity’s third recent addition after Benji Vega was hired to lead efforts out of the company’s Denver’s office and Alexandra Guervara on the firm’s social media customer care team. She is married to Joe Floresca, a freelance creative director with quality hair, and has three sons who are tall.

Elasticity’s data-centric approach to marketing and building brand reputation has been embraced and leveraged by the likes of Mattress Firm, MasterCard, Spectrum Communications, the State of Missouri, H&R Block, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Best Buy, CapitalOne, Fireball Whisky, Bud Light, Northwestern University, Monsanto, the University of Illinois, Boulder County Health, the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank, the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Downtown STL, Inc. among others.

The firm’s offerings include:

  • Branding, design and digital content strategy
  • Social media community management and social customer service
  • Media buying and performance marketing
  • Influencer + public relations
  • Multicultural communications
  • Web + app development
  • Search marketing
