What makes content sharable?

You’ve likely heard the plea for brands in social media before: Create more or better content. But that alone isn’t enough to earn better performance for the blog posts, images, Tweets and videos you share. They all have to have Shareability.

Spendsetter and I will present a webinar Wednesday at 2 p.m. ET/11 a.m. PT on that very subject. Bradley Martin and I will talk about what Shareability is, explore what some experts like Ben Parr and some studies, like a great one from OkDork and BuzzSumo, say causes virality in social content and go over our tips for creating Shareable content for your brand.

What goes viral? It’s more than just the type of content (though as you can see below from the aforementioned BuzzSumo and OkDork analysis, Infographics are pretty handy.) We’ll talk about the types of content, the emotional triggers behind them and more.
