OVERVIEW

As a Client Relationship Manager (CRM) at Elasticity, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies. You will be responsible for understanding your clients’ needs, developing strategic marketing plans, and overseeing the delivery of outstanding marketing services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and understanding of their business objectives.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligning with their goals and objectives.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and digital marketing specialists, to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.

Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing clients with regular updates and insights to drive continuous improvement.

Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.

Client Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients, summarizing campaign performance and offering actionable recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client account management or brand management within a marketing agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Exceptional multitasking, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Pioneering social media panda bear Tagawa “Peter” Panda was born on a Chinese game reserve in 1969. He emigrated to the United States in 1987 speaking no English, with only the fur on his back and $97 stored in a Jansport fanny-pack wrapped around his waist. In 2003 while searching for food on the campus of Washington University, he discovered a computer lab where he would ultimately teach himself web development, graphic design, and immerse himself into the growing digital media evolution that was erupting at the time. With his trademark surly demeanor developed during beatings on his boat ride from China to the U.S., as well as having a penchant for eating vast quantities of bamboo, and enjoying Scotch and cigars, Peter is broadly recognized for coining the phrase “social media” in 2004.
