Elasticity has an immediate opportunity for a digitally savvy media buyer and analyst who knows that today’s approach requires more than just an analytical mind. It requires creative thinking, impeccable team collaboration, and an obsession with getting all the little details right that make a project successful. We are looking for someone who has a firm grasp of all aspects of digital media buying, including social media, programmatic media, and search marketing, and a desire to drive results. We’re a young and growing agency, so the job description goes beyond your typical media buying position.
We’re looking for someone to manage the day-to-day execution of media buys, focusing on digital media, including programmatic, social, search, digital audio/video, and OTT media. As a full-service agency, there are countless opportunities to explore your interests in other areas throughout the agency, including analytics, copywriting, social media, and more.
Responsibilities
- Activate, manage, and optimize campaigns for a variety of clients and organizations.
- Develop, execute, and monitor programmatic media, digital media, or paid social media campaigns.
- Utilize media buying platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic platforms to execute campaigns.
- Work with Analytics to build reports and provide useful analysis and commentary.
- Conduct research to identify opportunities aligned with client objectives.
- Coordinate the deployment and implementation of analytics and tracking codes.
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and test new strategies/ad units.
- Provide analysis of ad performance, determine trends, and make recommendations to be shared with the content team and clients.
- Present media strategy recommendations.
- Assist in billing and reconciliation of paid media spend.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in media planning/buying, with a focus on digital channels including paid social, search advertising, and programmatic media buying. Traditional media experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in media buying platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms).
- Strong writing and communication skills are essential.
- Media channel expertise is a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Desire to learn new pedia platforms and channels in an ever evolving industry.
- Ability to work independently when necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate well and be flexible and precise under aggressive deadlines.
- Certifications preferred: Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and any relevant programmatic certifications.
