During the COVID-19 Pandemic, we’re all trying to maintain our sanity as most of us work from home and kids learn from home. We’re all essentially abiding by one simple rule: STAY HOME unless you have to go out for something essential. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re definitely not alone. I’m with you.

1. To stay informed on the latest number of cases in your area and around the world, tune into NPR’s Coronavirus Daily for the most relevant information about COVID-19. This way, you’re informed and can use that knowledge to make decisions about your next creative campaign move, influence new ideas and stay ahead of the curve.

2. Humans nat
urally need to be around other humans. So as we socially distance, it is critical to stay connected with your best friends even though they may live miles away. Try listening to Call Your Girlfriend together. I must confess, I’ve been listening to this podcast for years, and it’s always relevant, timely and the word on the street. These two women are amazing, hilarious and know how to have a good time even when discussing difficult topics. This can help marketers get more inspired about incorporating podcasts into their strategies as a way of connecting, despite the physical distance!

his last one may come as a bit of a surprise, but I found it and simply couldn’t stop listening. GOLD! It’s called Getting Curious with Jonathan Van Ness (JVN) and explores multicultural nuances of culture. What’s taboo? What are the complex questions you’re too afraid to ask out loud? It’s perfect for while you’re working or when you simply need to escape from reality. It’s just as fabulous as watching on Queer Eye!
