Sizzle Meats Steak: Eximius Productions Teams with Elasticity and Legends to Market The Q Series of BBQ Festivals

St. Louis-based Eximius Productions today announced the selection of Elasticity and Legends Global Technology Solutions to lead marketing strategy and digital advertising for the largest series of barbecue festivals in the U.S. – the popular Q Series of BBQ Festivals.

“As we grow our festivals to new markets, we need a marketing team who can not only help us attract new festival-goers, but also to better-understand our existing brand community and what type of experiences they are looking for,” said Brian Wahby, President and CEO of Eximius. “With this team we have combined one of the most creative firms in Elasticity with a real leader in sports marketing and data analytics in Legends Global Technology Solutions. I couldn’t be more excited.”

Based in St. Louis with offices in Denver, Dallas and Los Angeles, Elasticity (GoElastic.com) is regarded for partnering with brands and organizations to stretch boundaries by leveraging data, developing breakthrough content strategies, driving engagement, acquiring new audiences and driving revenues.  The agency has worked with the likes of MattressFirm, MasterCard, Spectrum Communications, the State of Missouri, H&R Block, CapitalOne, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Fireball Whisky and more.

“We’re honored that Brian and his team have entrusted the Q Series to Elasticity,” said Elasticity co-founding partner Aaron Perlut. “Media becomes more fragmented each day and we believe you must disrupt to gain the attention of audiences. Hopefully, we can do that with delicious meat.”

Legends Global Technology Solutions is an industry-leading sports and entertainment digital, technology and experiential advisory with the deepest experience in some of the largest, most complex projects in the world of sports and entertainment. The company recently acquired 4FRONT, a global data and analytics, innovation and digital media agency, to further bolster its expertise in data consulting and digital activation. Legends Global Technology Solutions will establish data driven solutions and deliver actionable insights to help drive increased ticket sales and partnerships revenues for the Q Series of BBQ Festivals.

“Just like great BBQ requires its own unique style and recipe, our team of digital pit masters blends our own secret recipe with an art, heart and science approach to drive new revenues via digital ticket sales and sponsorship growth,” said Dan Migala, Co-President and CRO, Legends Global Technology Solutions.

The Q Series launched in 2015 with The Q in the Lou in St. Louis – the annual downtown St. Louis BBQ event featuring world famous BBQ pitmasters including twice James Beard nominated Esaul Ramos of 2M Smokehouse and Mike Johnson of SugarFire Smokehouse, live music and cooking demonstrations. The Q Series of BBQ festivals quickly expanded to include Denver BBQ Festival at Empower Field in partnership with the Denver Broncos in 2018, the Kansas City BBQ Festival at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium with the Kansas City Chiefs, and the Jacksonville BBQ Festival with the Jacksonville Jaguars at TIAA Bank Field in 2021. Future market expansion is planned for 2023 and 2024.
