With a dramatic increase in the firm’s social media strategy, content, community management and influencer marketing business, Elasticity today announced a strategic shift in social media leadership focused on further strengthening two of the agency’s core offerings.

Elasticity announced it has added veteran brand and social media strategist Jennifer Inglis as Director of Social Media.

A native of California who studied at Oxford Brookes University and the London School of Economics, Inglis joins Elasticity from Rodgers Townsend. Throughout her career she has led digital strategy efforts for a variety of brands including AT&T Business, eBay, Bally Switzerland and Caleres (the former Brown Shoe).

With the addition of Inglis, Elasticity will shift influencer marketing veteran Jessica Sanderson – who joined the agency in the past quarter – into a new role with a specific focus on leading the firm’s fast-growing influencer marketing efforts.

“The past few quarters have seen a significant amount of new work coming in the door,” said Elasticity partner Brian Cross. “Much of it has been focused on the expanding role social media marketing has in the mix of solutions and this rapid growth has triggered us to bring in another director level lead. Most important, it allows us to ensure we can deliver high-level expertise on all areas of social media to our clients.”

Inglis said she is excited to join the Elasticity team.

“I’m thrilled to be joining Elasticity during an exciting period of growth for the agency,” she said. “Social media continues to offer so much potential to brands. I can’t wait to lead the team’s strategic approach and continue to innovate in meaningful ways in order to deliver the best results for our clients.”

Elasticity helps brands and organizations stretch the boundaries of digital marketing by leveraging data, driving engagement, acquiring new audiences and driving revenues. A boutique marketing communication firm headquartered in St. Louis with offices in Dallas, Denver and Los Angeles, the agency has worked with brands, organizations and governmental entities including Mattress Firm, MasterCard, Spectrum Communications, the State of Missouri, H&R Block, CapitalOne, the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Fireball Whisky, Bud Light, the Denver Economic Development Corporation, the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank, Monsanto and Best Buy.
